INDEPENDENT POPS

As the 4th of July is around the corner I thought it was only fitting to make some fruity HEALTHY-ISH Red, White and Blue Ice Pops that will cool you down at your BBQ or just refresh you hanging out by the pool. So without a due... All the Ladies who Independent throw your hand up with me! or just grab these ingredients...

 

 

 

 

 

-INGREDIENTS-

 

1 Bag of Frozen Blueberries 

 

1 Bag of Frozen Rasberries

 

1 Watermelon

 

1 Carton of Coconut Water 

 

Sugar 

 

and Cool Ice Lolly Molds 99c Store WHAAA?!

 

 

So let me just say this is the EASIEST recipe of basically all time so if you mess it up well... we can't be friends... only joking I still somehow made a epic mess doing this!

 

 

So lets jump in:  STEP 1: Cut up your watermelon into slices.

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Throw a few frozen raspberries, blueberries and fresh cut watermelon, cut into tiny pieces with the rind left on in to each ice lolly container so that they fill to the top with yummy fruits.

 

 

 

 

 

STEP 3: Add a tiny teaspoon of sugar for sweetness and fill the Ice Lolly Molds to the brim with Coconut Water. 

 

 

 

STEP 4: Put all the lids on by pushing them through the Watermelon or through which ever fruit is at the top.

 

 

 

 

STEP 5: Freeze! I suggest you do this the night before and freeze over night for the best results.

 

 

 

 

STEP 6: In the morning run your Independent Pop molds under boiling water and they should slide right on out! And Et Voila... Freedom
