BODEGA BITES @ TORTILLA REPUBLIC

Thanks to the wonderful hosts Tequila CAZADORES and critically-acclaimed chef Aarón Sánchez I was invited to Bodega Bites to try some YUMMY tacos... On taco Tuesday of course!

Here are a few of my highlights...

Browsing the specially prepared menu at first sight my first thought was I WANT EVERYTHING!

Talked out of it my best friend I stuck to a delicious cocktail called The Good the Bad & the Ugly, Guac and obviously chips and salsa!

Everything already tasting delicious, my cocktail was just the right amount of spicy and tangy it was definitely Good, a little Bad (in a good way) and certainly not Ugly!

It was time to order our specialty Tacos!

Continuing to sip on happiness I was presented with my Sofrito Shrimp Tacos, made up of onions, bell peppers, garlic, herbs, avocado, radishes & corn tortilla. Recipes all by Chef Aaron Sanchez.

Then moved on to my best friends plate where she had ordered the Carne Asada Tacos "The Original Carne Asada Taco" made up of beef, salsa Rosa taqueria, diced tomatoes, diced onions, cilantro, radishes, lime wedge.

Thanks to Tortilla Republic for hosting this delicious event we devoured every morsel!

Time for another drinky poo!

And here we come to the end of the evening where I hopped on my bike and rode off into the distance... Joke I wish. These bikes hit the streets late night with custom-designed featuring full-functioning grills that delivered Sánchez’s exclusive tacos to hungry patrons in popular nightlife areas.
