HOW THE FOUR SEASONS HUALALAI STOLE MY HEART

Come on in!!! Welcome to THE FOUR SEASONS HUALALAI located on The Big Island in Hawaii on the beautiful volcanic coast line.

Myself and my awesome friend & blogger Kylie Campbell got to experience 4 days of bliss where we sunbathed, ate incredible foods, swam with a sting ray and so much more.

We got to stay in the Ocean-View Deluxe Room overlooking the Kings pond where more than 4,000 tropical fish from more than 98 species (including a spotted eagle ray) live!

We were welcomed with a lai, some yummy crudité and processco to settle us in and we got ready for a relaxing day by the pond with our buddy the stingray!

The resort features 5 main restaurants and we ate at every single one (obviously) and was never disappointed! Each had its own feel to meet any need you may have, you literally don't ever need to leave the resort!

BEACH TREE - The essence of “barefoot elegance,” Beach Tree brings the feel of a Hawaiian beach house, where you can dine on the sand or in the open-air dining room as you savour Californian cuisine with an Italian twist.

‘ULU OCEAN GRILL

“R.S.A. – Regional, Seasonal and Artisanal” – cuisine is served alongside the surf and under the stars at our award-winning restaurant, where 75 percent of the food comes fresh from the ocean and local farms.

HUALALAI GRILLE

Overlooking the 18th green of Hualalai Golf Course, our American steakhouse offers an intimate, club-like ambience and a menu of choice, grass-fed meat.

‘ULU SUSHI LOUNGE

Take a seat at the ocean-view bar or grab a table with friends for the island’s freshest sushi and craft cocktails.

BEACH TREE BAR AND LOUNGE

Just steps from the water, our casual beach bar offers cocktails with a side of spectacular sunset, as well as all-day snacks.

There is also so many different things to do whilst you are visiting we were lucky enough to

visit the KA‘UPULEHU CULTURAL CENTER to learn how to make lei's for our wrists or hair, a step by step lesson which was soooo much fun, I made a really cute piece that I tied in my hair featured in the photo below!

The also offer other experiences such as Ukulele lessons, historic star navigation and so much more.

Next up the SPA - What can I say, I have never seen or experienced anything like it, it was like walking into another world with stunning waterfalls, gardens and places to relax. We were lucky enough to experience a 'Water Blessing' here which was one of the most magical moments of my life on Global Wellness Day where we thanked the water for basically giving us life. It was a dream.

THE ROUND UP

Honestly I have never been one for resort holidays, I am usually a major adventure who loves to go off the beaten path but THE FOUR SEASONS HUALALAI is huge and has soooo much to offer that you never saw the same area more than once! With their own private beach equipped with paddle board and snorkeling to their tennis courts and gym you could never get bored here. We were there for 4 days and I still feel I didn't do everything. This is 100% on my top 10 hotels I have ever stayed in.

Thank you so much for reading this post! I hope you enjoyed and please feel free to contact me with any questions over on my Instagram @london_ellis. Also a HUGE thank you to the team over at THE FOUR SEASONS HUALALAI for our stay and for your kindness.

xoxo
